3. Does Better Equipment Mean Better Results?

YES. By using the latest equipment we can ensure not only the safety of ourselves and your property during our cleaning efforts, but also a maximum clean.

4. What Types of Results Can I Expect?

You can expect your property to look like a brand new home, business, or pool. However, there are occasionally instances where unusual results can be found. We will always discuss these with the homeowner at the time of the estimate. These results typically include, but are not limited to:

  • If your home is painted or has aluminum siding, loose/dead paint may come off, good paint will not.
  • Windows may spot lightly, but no more than what rain-water would do. However we do backwash all of our windows twice to reduce these occurances.
  • On stucco, black or dark green streaks found under the gutters are algae/mold stains which typically come clean. However there are some occasions these, will not come 100% clean. These streaks are caused by the constant moisture or rain water passing over them can sometimes deposit a permanent stain.
  • On aluminum, vinyl, and painted surfaces, the small black raised spots you may see are typically known as artillery spores. These are not guaranteed to be removed with a pressure washing. Some will come off, however most will not.
  • All mildew, surface dirt, and carbonous pollutants will be removed from the siding of your home, making your property look its best.
